I think I'd like more stages like Abandoned Aqueduct or Siren's Call, where there are secondary objectives you can complete to get strong items. How many maps are too many? Would everyone be alright with 4+ variations for stages 1-4? If the stages are interesting to draw, I'd be onboard. There's room too for more void items for sure (I joked with my friends that it's pretty funny I can guarantee myself a Pluripotent Larva if I get a red void drop and have a Recycler). How many items are too many, where the pools become too wide for survivors to consistently obtain a sufficient number of core items to get a run going? I don't think we're at a saturation point yet, and Hopoo have been pretty good at adding new items that are both interesting and provide varying levels of utility for different survivors (and there's stuff like the Mocha which is just a brilliant way to add the same of a very basic but important item to the pool again to avoid the new items diluting the mix too much). I absolutely love Risk of Rain 2 - It's my most played video game in years - But I'm not sure how much more the game could add without becoming too unruly. I'm not talking minor stuff like new survivors (which have already been teased) but another big release like Survivors of the Void that has new survivors, items, maps, and enemies - the whole shebang.
